Shop Policies
NO RETURNS. I will always show you a picture of the final product before I send it to you, for your approval. If you don't approve the picture I show you, I will either repaint your item, OR refund 50% of the purchase price and the full shipping fee. Shipping: in the case of small items, I typically send letter mail in order to keep costs down. There is no tracking. If you want tracking, we can do that. Just reach out and let me know.
