E.S.T Products – Shipping Policy Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.Shipping Methods & Delivery:We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post (depending on destination). Estimated delivery time: Domestic (Canada & U.S.): 3–7 business days International: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.Free shipping may apply on select items or promotions.International Shipping: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Lost or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. E.S.T Products – Return & Refund PolicyReturns Accepted:We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at returns@estproducts.ca We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For damaged or wrong items, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after approval. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, perfumes, hair & body care products cannot be returned if opened or used. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return. Damaged or Incorrect Items:If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.E.S.T Products – Warranty PolicyWarranty Coverage:All electronics sold by E.S.T Products come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Normal wear and tear on items such as sneakers, perfumes, and personal care products (these items are not covered by warranty).How to Claim Warranty: Contact us through info@estproducts with your order details and a description of the issue. Provide photos or videos showing the defect for faster processing. If approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.Return Shipping for Warranty Claims: Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back unless the product is confirmed defective upon arrival. We will cover return shipping for verified warranty claims. Warranty Limitations: Warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred. International buyers: Warranty service may be limited due to shipping restrictions.
