SHIPPING AND HANDLINGArt & Alchemy Parfum is based in Toronto, Canada and we use Canada Post to ship our products.We currently only ship across Canada and the United States. Xpresspost (air) – Tracking number is provided; estimated delivery time 2 - 4 business days depending on location in Canada. For shipment to USA, Canada Post offers:Tracked Packet USA – available for any package that weighs less than 1 kg. Tracking number is provided; estimated delivery time 2 to 3 weeksExpedited Parcel USA – available for any package that weighs less than 30 kg. Tracking number is provided; estimated delivery time 2 to 3 weeks. Xpresspost USA – available for any package that weighs less than 30 kg. Tracking is provided; estimated delivery time 1-2 weeks.Lost packagesAll packages are sent with tracking but please contact us (info@artandalchemy.co) if you suspect your package is lost in transit.Returned PackagesIf a package is returned to us for reason such as wrong address, we will refund you the cost of the item but not shipping cost.RETURNSWe accept returns on defective or damaged products within 30 days of receiving our products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.We unfortunately cannot accept returns on fragrances based on personal taste which is subjective. We recommend purchasing a sample before investing in a larger bottle or jar.
